A-66 motorway Ruta de la Plata (route of silver) coming from the north, to get to salamanca can either exit at the first indication Salamanca center, or take the A62 towards Portugal and take exit 240 (to villamayor town). Coming from the south of Spain by the A66, or Madrid on the A 50, both are added to the A62 and can take exit 240 (to villamayor town) or at 238.
